I complained about the connection she said was not her problem she rent rooms not internet if want i can go in another place she didnt care. worse place in Cheweng

Position of the hotel near chaweng boxing stadium and possibility to visit bangrak pier. We loved staff and rooms. Walking distance to Made in Italy, where you can have lunch.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the prices in Thailand. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms with air conditioning are a blessing in the heat, providing a comfortable and cool environment.

VERY VERY loud, due to the location - music untill 5am. Also very load overhead plane noise - due to the flights coming to and from Samui. Al though the guesthouse had a pool I would not make this a deciding factor. The pool did not look invitin - didn't really look clean.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and warm showers. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the center of town and catch a few hours of sun.

I liked the location (Very close to the beach and centre of town), The convenient travel agency and bike rental. It was good having air conditioning, a balcony and a fridge!

As it is so close to town and the airport, you can hear the planes go over all the time, it feels like they are going to crash into the building its so loud. As for being close to town, the music and bass is so loud every night that it literally shakes the windows and doors and it's almost impossible to try and get to sleep.

Value for money is excellant. You get everything you need, and its right on the doorstep of all the nightlife attractions, with Ark bar literally across the road. Not somewhere I would bring a wife or gf for a romantic trip as such but if you know you're going to be out till late or on the beach for most of the day you really won't find much better for that price.

Only think I would warn people about is the noise pollution till around 3am. It is near the clubs so if you're planning on staying in most night please do consider going down the road a bit more.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in Chaweng. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was great - right on the main street. The receptionist, a woman, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She even lent me money to get to my ferry when I had my card stolen. I am really grateful for her assistance.

Friendly Staff Good Location

Whilst the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the main strip it is directly under the flight path of Koh Samui airport, also due to several nightclubs near by you do get the music and base continuing on till 5-6 in the morning. It is by no means a peaceful Guesthouse. Ideal if you are nocturnal.

We spent Christmas in this budget hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with fresh towels and toiletries. We also appreciated the free wifi and the comfortable beds. Another great aspect was the availability of a laundry service for a reasonable price.

We couldn't enjoy the pool, as it was under maintenance during our stay. We also found the walls to be too thin, as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.
